At Jeans, we want you to find your perfect fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that if your denim isn't exactly what you hoped for, you can swap it or get a refund without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your denim.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair of jeans within 5-7 business days.
